Owners stay free
No forced exclusivity. Owners can list with any other agency or platform at any time, without penalty. We earn trust by being useful, not by locking the door.
No ghost listings
Every property visible on Naga Property is real, verified, and currently available. If it stops being available, it disappears within 48 hours. No bait-and-switch, no stale photos of properties that no longer exist.
Clear, transparent commissions
Our commission structure is public and explicit, both for owners and agents. No hidden fees, no surprise deductions. You always know what we earn, and why.
